NOTES: [poster] Great show, the guys are playing better than ever. The crowd started out a bit skeptical but were totally rocking out by the time the show was over. DGrady had a few guitar problems at first but switched during the break in BIB and rocked the place from there on out. Headstrong opened, Injected next, Duff McKagen (former G'n'R guitarist) and his band Loaded played third and Fu Manchu closed. Injected had the crowd moving far more than Loaded or Headstrong did and I missed the Fu Manchu set. DGrady dedicated Faithless to "all our friends named Shanon" (me and a high school friend of his-thanks guys). One guy in the crowd I talked to who had never seen the band said "that's the way rock is supposed to be!" I agree.

NOTES: This is one of the best shows I'd ever seen but a bit short though because they went on a little bit late and because they there were 3 other bands on the bill. One of my friends said "God I feel sorry for whoever has to follow that!". The crowd was really into it tonight and there were a few more people who seemed to know the songs tonight. Same lineup as the night before. This venue, formerly the Off-Ramp is pretty historic. It's the first place Pearl Jam ever played (as Mookie Blaylock) and has seen the likes of Nirvana and Alice in Chains and the posters that cover the walls document much of that history. But every inch that didn't already have a poster on it was covered with Injected posters and there were even posters plastered on street lamps four blocks away.

NOTES: Sold out show. Killer show! DGrady's birthday who was presented with a cake and the crowd seranaded him with Happy Birthday led by Jade. A couple of people from the crowd came up on stage to help sing Where Eagles Dare (me and some other guy while some chick danced around).

NOTES: Sold out show. Even better than the night before. Killer crowd who was really into it right from the start. Lots of the band family members in the audience as well. Nice to hear Bloodstained and Simpleton. DGrady's solos in LAL and Bloodstained were unbelieveable, really inspired. Lots of chatter between DGrady and folks in the front rows. Chris broke some sticks in the first few songs and threw them into the audience (hitting me in the head with one!)

NOTES: Headlining, CD release party. SOLD OUT. Butch Walker came out to sing Only Hurts Awhile. The first couple songs were a little rough but once they settled down it was just unbelieavable. The crowd was packed in tight and rocking out, even some little kids threw the rock horns in the air. Just a great night, I don't know what to say.

Coolest moment: after the first 3 songs, all the kids sitting in the reserved floor section all stood up when I-IV-V started up. DGrady also incited them a bit by saying "it looks like you're all sitting there watching tv".
